Sabrina B. Little

Philosopher, Teacher, Athlete

Hello! My name is Sabrina Little.

In 2020, I completed my PhD in Philosophy at Baylor University. Before Baylor, I studied Philosophy of Religion at Yale Divinity School and Philosophy and Psychology at The College of William & Mary. My main areas of interest are virtue ethics, moral psychology, and classical philosophy. Currently, I am writing about the nature of moral habituation and exploring emotional precursors to moral virtues. I also write about character, leadership, and moral exemplarity.

I also run at an elite level and have been selected to represent the United States on five national teams. It is always an honor to run for Team USA.

I live in Newport News, Virginia with my husband, David, and our daughters, Lucy and Frannie. I am an assistant professor in the department of Leadership and American Studies at Christopher Newport University.
